Abstract At present, the form of national doctor-patient ethics has changed from the traditional mode of biological Chinese medicine to the current mode of “biology-psychology-society” Chinese medicine, so the humanistic ethics requirements for doctors are also gradually improved. As a traditional medical mode in China, traditional Chinese medicine has its unique humanistic quality for thousands of years. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine teaching should not be stripped of the humanistic quality education of tradition Chinese medicine students. Strengthening the cultivation of humanistic quality of medical college students can help students adapt to the future working environment, improve their professional quality, and play an important role in the transportation of high-level inter-disciplinary talents for the country. So, this article focus on the value of the humanities in Chinese medicine colleges and universities personnel training and implementation path, expounds the connotation of the humanities, briefly describes the value of the humanities in Chinese medicine colleges and universities personnel training, and discusses the realization of humanistic quality in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training path, and the corresponding discussion, humanistic quality in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training will provide theoretical basis and reference significance.
