Strategies for quality culture construction in higher colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine#br# |

Abstract The quality culture construction strategy of higher universities of traditional Chinese medicine is an important guide for the high-quality development of the school, and it is the basis for the school to carry out quality management activities and quality practice activities. This paper is based on the strategy of constructing quality culture in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, the connotation and constituent elements of “five self” strategy are analyzed in detail. Finally, from the three aspects of the material cultural basis of quality culture, institutional cultural constraints, and behavioral culture assimilation, explore the construction of quality culture practice strategies in higher traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, in order to further improve the quality culture in the development of higher traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities of cohesion, constraint, incentive and radiation role and improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training to provide rational support.
