医护一体化管理对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术后护理质量及满意度的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of integrated management mode of medical care on postoperative nursing quality and satisfaction of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous internal fistula, and to provide theoretical reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure who had been treated by arteriovenous internal fistula to maintain hemodialysis in Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected, they were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) according to random number table method, the control group received routine nursing management, and the observation group received integrated management mode of medical care based on the control group. The nursing quality, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of service attitude, nursing initiative, ward management, professional skills, and communication skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The integrated management mode of medical care is beneficial to improve the quality of postoperative care for arteriovenous fistula, reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
