龙骨牡蛎粉联合康惠尔泡沫敷料治疗失禁相关性皮炎的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Longgu Muli Powder combined with Kanghuier foam dressing in the treatment of incontinence-related dermatitis (IAD). Methods One hundred and six patients with IAD admitted to Intensive Care Unit of Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from February 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment, control group was treated with Kanghuier foam dressing, study group was treated with Longgu Muli Powder on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for seven days. Clinical symptom scores of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Clinical efficacy, skin healing time, adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, clinical symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and study group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Clinical effect of study group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Skin healing time of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients in study group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions and recurrence between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Longgu Muli Powder combined with Kanghuier foam dressing in the treatment of IAD can improve clinical symptoms of patients, enhance clinical efficacy, accelerate skin healing, with good safety.
