Abstract The development status of the current health supervision mode, facing problems, and new challenges are analyzed, it is proposed that the bottom line of health management safety should be maintained at the current stage by strengthening the team construction, clarifying the key points of supervision, and exploring new supervision methods; this paper analyzes the problems of current information construction and the tasks of digital transformation construction, puts forward to solve the problem of health supervision development, comprehensively promotes the digital transformation and development of health supervision, accelerates the completion of health supervision digital infrastructure, connects and applies urban digital base resources, establishes digital supervision rules, and reengineer and reconstruct supervision mode; it is proposed to adhere to the new development concept in the long term, and form a new management pattern of health supervision.
