松解手法配合核心肌群训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症慢性腰痛患者临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of relaxation manipulation combined with core muscle training in the treatment of patients with chronic lumbago pain of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic lumbago pain due to lumbar disc herniation treated in Fuyang Cancer Hospital of Anhui Province from September 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and combined group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with core muscle group training, and the combined group was treated with relaxation manipulation combined with core muscle training. The treatment lasted for three months in both groups. Lumbago pain score, Oswestry disability index, clinical efficacy and lumbar curvature were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association in both groups were higher than that before treatment, and the combined group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The Oswestry dysfunction index in both groups was lower than that before treatment, and the combined group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the lumbar curvature of two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the combined group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The relaxation manipulation combined with core muscle training in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation and chronic lumbago pain can relieve pain and enhance lumbar spine function, and have a definite effect, at the same time, it can improve lumbar spine curvature.
