Abstract Objective To explore the psychological resilience level and its influencing factors in patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 114 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Anqing Municipal Hospital of Anhui Province from July 2017 to December 2020 were selected. The general mental resilience scale (CD-RISC) was used to evaluate their mental resilience before discharge. The baseline data questionnaire was designed to inquire and filled in the patient data and compared the mental resilience levels of patients with different baseline data, multiple linear regression was used to analyzed the influencing factors of psychological resilience. Results A total of 114 copies of CD-RISC, baseline data questionnaire, Huaxi emotional index (HEI), and perceived social support scale (PSSS) were issued in this study, and all of them were recovered with a effective recovery rate of 100%. The CD-RISC score of 114 patients with cervical cancer was (54.18±7.80) points. There were statistically significant differences in CD-RISC scores among patients with different education levels, residence, HEI, and PSSS scores (P < 0.05). The results of multi-factor analysis showed that education level (X1), residence (X2), HEI (X3), and PSSS score (X4) were all influential factors of CD-RISC score (P < 0.05), and multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 62.247-4.548X1-2.816X2-3.192X3-4.096X4 (F = 7.774, R2 = 0.222, adjusted R2 = 0.193, P < 0.05). Conclusion The influencing factors of mental resilience in patients with cervical cancer may include education level, residence, HEI, and PSSS score. Based on this, targeted intervention measures can be implemented to improve the psychological resilience of patients and promote their recovery.
