| Effect of bundle management based on key point control theory on psychological states, self-care ability, quality of life and the incidence of complications in patients with aplastic anemia#br# |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of bundle management based on key point control theory on psychological states, self-care ability, quality of life and the incidence of complications in patients with aplastic anemia（AA). Methods A total of 186 AA patients treated in the Department of Hematology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into control group （n = 93) and observation group （n = 93) according to the sirgle and double order. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given bundle management intervention based on key point control theory on the basis of routine nursing intervention. Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA), Hamilton depression scale （HAMD), self-care ability （ESCA) scores, short form health survey questionnaire-36 （SF-36) scores, the incidence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than before intervention, ESCA and SF-36 scores were higher than before intervention. HAMA and HAMD scores in observation group were lower than those in control group, ESCA and SF-36 scores were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Bundle management based on key point control theory can relieve unhealthy emotions, improve self-care ability and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with AA.
