Analysis on the path of integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture into college traditional physical education curriculum#br# |

Abstract The integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the traditional health and physical education curriculum in colleges and universities is of great significance to promote the inheritance of Chinese excellent culture. This paper mainly starts from the common cultural basic theories such as “unity of knowledge and action”, “harmony of man with nature”, and “yin-yang theory”, and discusses the positive influence of traditional Chinses medicine culture on the country, society, and individuals by integrating traditional health care and physical education curriculum. It also proposes that the overall design of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the traditional health physical education curriculum should follow the “three-dimensional and six-sided” layout policy, focus on improving the cultural literacy of traditional health physical education teachers with “adept with pen and sword”, and optimize the implementation methods of traditional health physical education to be more comprehensive, to promote the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine culture in the traditional health sports curriculum of colleges and universities.
