Discussion on employment mode of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities from the perspective of “Three-all Education”#br# |

Abstract The employment of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities has always been concerned by the academic circle. Firstly, this paper analyzes the employment dilemma of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities from the macro, medium, micro, and individual levels. Then, it explains the development of the concept of “Three-all Education” and the necessity of applying it to the employment mode of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Based on this, under the guidance of national policies and with the help of network information platform, it is proposed to build a “Three-all Education” pattern in which traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities are the main body, and the society, employers, families, and individual students participate, cooperate, full plan and develop comprehensively. Finally, the application prospect, possible obstacles, and countermeasures of this mode are briefly discussed in order to solve the employment dilemma of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
