Abstract This paper retrospectively analyzes the clinical data of a case of renal papillary adenoma admitted by the Department of Urology Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, and discusses its clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. In this paper, the patient underwent laparoscopic partial right nephrectomy with good postoperative outcome. The clinical presentation and imaging examination of renal papillary adenoma lack specificity, and the diagnosis of this disease needs to rely on pathological examination. In this paper, report the clinical course and data of this patient and review the relevant literature, so that can better understand the diagnosis and treatment of renal papillary adenoma, as well as the long-term prognosis, in order to improve the understanding of this disease and achieve early diagnosis and timely treatment.
