中老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者创伤后成长水平的影响因素

Abstract Objective To evaluate the level of posttraumatic growth in middle-aged and elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur (IFF), and to analyze the influencing factors of posttraumatic growth in IFF patients. Methods Data of 105 middle-aged and elderly IFF patients admitted to Fuyang Second People’s Hospital, Anhui Province from January 2017 to February 2021 were retrospectively collected and analyzed. The level of posttraumatic growth was assessed by the posttraumatic growth inventory (PTGI). Patients with PTGI score ＜ 70 points were included in the low posttraumatic growth group (39 cases), and patients with PTGI score ≥ 70 points were included in the normal posttraumatic growth group (66 cases). The baseline data of two groups were collected and compared to analyze the influencing factors of posttraumatic growth in middle-aged and elderly IFF patients. Results The scores of social support rating scale (SSRS), compliance behavior score, and Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) in the low posttraumatic growth group were lower than those in the normal posttraumatic growth group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that high SSRS score, high compliance behavior score, and high CD-RISC score were protective factors for low level of posttraumatic growth in middle-aged and elderly IFF patients (OR ＜ 1, P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The posttraumatic growth level of middle-aged and elderly IFF patients may be affected by social support, medical compliance behavior, psychological resilience, and other factors.
