心理危机配合期待疗法对未足月胎膜早破孕妇的心理与生理的应用价值

Abstract Objective To analyze the psychological and physiological value of psychological crisis combined with expectation therapy in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes were selected from September 2017 to August 2020 in Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangsu Province, they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine expectant therapy, on the basis, the study group combined the psychological crisis therapy. The effects of the psychological and physiological intervention were compared between the two groups after receiving different intervention modes. Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale in the study group were lower than those in the admission, and which of the study group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05), the incidence of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05), the study group had longer fetal protection time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05), the nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological crisis combined with expectation therapy can improve and alleviate the negative psychological emotion of parturients, prolong the delivery time of parturients, reduce the occurrence of complications such as cesarean section, neonatal asphyxia, and postpartum hemorrhage, and ensure the safety of maternal and infant delivery outcomes.
