| Experience characteristics of the school of press combined with action massage manipulation in the treatment of tendon injury#br# |

Abstract The press combined with action massage school which was founded in 1958 when Beijing Massage Hospital was established. It is a school of massage characterized by dynamic and static combination formed by doctors represented by Zhang Zhen in the Beijing Massage Hospital through long-term clinical practice. Press combined with action therapy is the characteristic massage technique of Beijing Massage hospital. It has distinct academic characteristics in the treatment of tendon injury and has remarkable curative effect. Press combined with action therapy pays attention to three aspects on the manipulation in the treatment of tendon injury: idea, qi, power, loose, smooth, bonesetting; press combined with action, balance yin and yang; doctor-patient cooperation, press combined with action coordination. This paper introduces the experience characteristics of the school of press combined with action massage manipulation in the treatment of tendon injury through the above three aspects with clinical cases, in order to provide a reference for the clinical workers of traditional Chinese medicine.
