基础医学和生物专业研究生心理弹性、心理健康状况的调查分析

Abstract Objective To investigated and analyzed the psychological resilience and mental health of postgraduates majoring in basic medicine and biology. Methods In March 2021, a total of 100 postgraduates majoring in basic medicine and biology from a university in Anhui Province were randomly selected as the research objects, a general information questionnaire was made, and all the subjects were investigated using the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC). SCL-90 scale and CD-RISC scale were took as dependent variables, the factors affecting the above scales were assigned as independent variables for multiple linear regression analysis. Results There were statistically significant differences in mental unhealthy rates among different genders, family economic status, birthplaces, and only-child (P ＜ 0.05). Gender, only child, family economic status, and birthplace were the influencing factors of mental health status in basic medical and biological research (P ＜ 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in mental resilience score among different genders, marriage and relationship status, family economic status, student origin, internship experience, and student cadres (P ＜ 0.05). Gender, relationship status, student cadres, family economic status, internship experience, and source of origin were the factors affecting the psychological resilience of basic medical and biological research (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The mental health of postgraduates majoring in basic medicine and biology is not optimistic, mainly influencing factors such as gender, love and marriage, student leaders, only child, family economic status, internship experience, and the place of origin. Educators should pay attention to their mental health education and social support to improve their psychological stress resistance and improve their mental health.
