Abstract  Objective To explore the influence of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing based on postoperative functional exercise on postoperative functional recovery and compliance of patients with patella fracture. Metohds A total of 90 patients with patella fracture admitted to Dazhou Central Hospital, Sichuan Province from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing based on postoperative functional exercise on the basis of the control group. The knee function score, including scores of pain, function and stability, as well as knee range of motion, compliance (medication, exercise, diet, and other items) and complications the two groups were compared. Results After three months of intervention, knee function score and range of motion of knee joint in both groups were higher than before, and observation group was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing based on postoperative functional exercise can promote the postoperative functional recovery of patients with patella fracture, improve compliance and reduce the rate of complications, which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
