基于疼痛评估管理的集束化护理在骨折患者康复中的应用研究

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing based on pain assessment management in the rehabilitation of fracture patients. Methods A total of 88 patients with fracture treated in Hefei First People’s Hospital from July 2017 to December 2019 were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cluster nursing based on pain assessment management. The compliance of functional exercise was compared between the two groups after seven days of intervention. Visual analog scale (VAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to evaluate the scores of pain and psychological status of patients before and after seven days of intervention, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups after intervention for sevendays was compared. Results After seven days of intervention, the compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After seven days of intervention, pain scores in both groups were lower than before, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After seven days of intervention, psychological status scores of both groups were lower than before, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After seven days of intervention, the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing based on pain assessment management can relieve postoperative pain of fracture patients, improve the mental state of the patient, promote rapid recovery of patients, and increase satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
