Abstract Objective To explore the influence of PDCA mode and the same level training on nurses’ skills operation level. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 40 psychiatric nurses in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province (“our hospital” for short) were selected as the control group, and the routine training mode was adopted. A total of 40 psychiatric nurses in our hospital were selected as the observation group from January, 2019 to December, 2020. The qualified rate of skill training, scores of teaching quality, scores of comprehensive nursing ability and nurse satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The training lasted for three months. Results The qualified rate of nurses’ skill training in the observation group was 100% (40/40), which was significantly higher than that in the control group 70% (28/40), and the difference was highly statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01). The score of teaching quality in the observation group were significantly than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The comprehensive nursing ability score of the two groups was significantly higher than before training, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion PDCA mode and the same level training can improve the skill level of nurses, which is well recognized and can be promoted.
