脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗的治疗进展

Abstract Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in women, moreover, insulin resistance (IR) plays a key role in the development of metabolic dysfunction, is the basis of obesity-related diseases such as PCOS. By optimizing your lifestyle and habits or taking drugs like Metformin, PCOS can be significantly improved, and IR can also be reversed to a large extent. According to Chinese medicine, PCOS belongs to the category of “late menstruation” and “amenorrhea”. It is caused by spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness. Invigorating the spleen and regulating qi, transporting phlegm and dampness. This paper reviews the progress of the treatment of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness PCOS-IR by combining traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
