Abstract With the improvement of living standards and the aggravation of population aging, China’s health management industry develops rapidly and has various models. However, it is a new industry and lacks corresponding legal norms, which is far from the real health management. This paper introduces the world within the scope of three kinds of typical development model, combined with the current situation and problems of the development of health management in China, through to compare and analysis the abroad health management services and health management in our country, put forward our country should give priority to with business health management company, and community health care and medical basis of township health center with Chinese characteristics of mixed mode of cooperation. In order to ensure the healthy development of China’s health management industry, the relevant laws should be perfected.
