微信主导的顺口溜教育在老年心房颤动射频消融术后抗凝治疗中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of WeChat-led jingle education in anticoagulation therapy after radiofrequency ablation for geriatric patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 91 geriatric patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation admitted 904th Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected, they were divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (44 cases), according to the treatment time. Geriatric patient with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation was performed in both groups, and the same anticoagulation therapy and health education were used after surgery. The control group was given regular health education, and the observation group was combined with WeChat-led jingle education. The cognition level of Warfarin anticoagulation, compliance behavior of anticoagulation therapy and the occurrence of complications were compared between two groups. Results After three months of follow-up, the cognitive score of anticoagulation therapy in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and observation group was higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After three months of follow-up, international normalized ratio regular monitoring, lifestyle, and compliance of anticoagulant therapy total score in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion WeChat-led jingle education can help to enhance the cognitive level of anticoagulation therapy in geriatric patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation, promote the development of anticoagulation therapy compliance behavior, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
