Exploration and practice of higher vocational nursing virtue education based on position competence |

Abstract Based on the current situation of virtue education, attempts to establish a higher vocational nursing virtue education system based on the position competence, and practice it in order to improve the virtues and qualities of nursing students. Under the common educational mechanism in colleges and hospitals cooperation, nursing virtue education curriculum system covering entire process and all-round is established by construction of the classroom, community and workplace three-in-one virtue education field, which combined the virtues of nursing dominant curriculum and hidden curriculum.
