| Report on one case with acute pyelonephritis combined with renal abscess and septicemia |

Abstract Acute pyelonephritis is inflammatory of the upper urinary tract caused by various pathogenic microorganisms in the urinary tract. Renal abscess is one of the common serious complications of pyelonephritis. To further understand the common causes of pyelonephritis combined with renalabscess, this article reports one patient with acute pyelonephritis combined with renal abscess and septicemia admitted to China-Japan Union Hospital, Jilin University, and summarizes the clinical treatment experience of pyelonephritis combined with renal abscess.
