Abstract The training of clinical postgraduates is an important part of the medical and health services in China. At present, the domestic medical graduate degree is divided into professional degree and scientific degree, however, the traditional training of clinical professional degree postgraduates has the problems of weak basic knowledge, insufficient clinical skills and scientific research ability. The Department of Ophthalmology, Children′s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University by conducting PBL teaching method, attention to the cultivation of clinical skills and scientific research innovation ability according to the training requirements and years experiences of postgraduates training, effectively improve the quality of postgraduates graduate education, which provide reference for the training of postgraduates with high level and high quality in clinical medicine.
