| Discussion on quality control measures of clinical examination laboratory in comprehensive hospital |

Abstract Objective To discuss the quality control measures of clinical examination laboratory in comprehensive hospital. Methods Three hundred cases of patients from May 2016 to May 2017 in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University were randomly selected, the clinical information data of 300 cases was analyzed retrospectively, the main influence factors of quality control of clinical laboratory were found out, then the targeted measures were enacted. Results Among the 300 patients, there were 64 cases of poor quality control. In the aspect of time of occurrence, there were 34 cases in the sample preparation stage, 11 cases in the sample collection stage, 9 cases in the sample processing test stage, accounted for 53.1%, 17.2% and 14.1% respectively, and 10 cases in the test equipment application, accounted for 15.6%. Conclusion The influence factors of clinical examination laboratory in comprehensive hospital are mainly sample preparation stage, acquisition stage, processing and inspection stage errors or improper application testing equipment failure, the clinic should actively take effective measures to improve the hospital clinical laboratory quality.
