| Effects of evidence-based nursing intervention on deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after multiple trauma |

Abstract Objective To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with multiple trauma. Methods From June 2015 to June 2017, in Nuclear Industry 215 Hospital, 90 patients with multiple traumatic injuries were selected, according to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention based on the control group, the incidence of postoperative lower extremity swelling, tenderness, and deep venous thrombosis after operation, Porter score and patient satisfaction after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After operatiom, the incidence of lower extremity swelling, tenderness of gastrocnemius, and the deep venous thrombosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the Porter scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and this in observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively prevent postoperative deep venous thrombosis and improve nursing satisfaction compared with routine nursing.
