Abstract To discuss the cultivation of clinical pharmacist, this paper summarized the effective methods of clinical pharmacist training and introduced the teaching experience in detail. Combined with the professional characteristics of endocrine, each pharmacy monitoring work was designed into standardized forms and lesson plans during the training. This application made it easier and quicker for students to grasp the knowledge, and keep the entire training in an orderly and standardized manner in practice.
