Abstract Currently the standardized training of residents is an important part of medical education in our country, and the indispensable stage of improving the quality of clinicians, cultivating high-quality talents of clinical medicine. General surgery as the basic subject of surgery, is a broad and holistic clinical subject, occupies a pivotal position in the standardized training of residents. Currently clinical work is busy, especially undergraduates and graduates teaching in teaching hospital. The standardized training of residents is the top priority in teaching, how to do well for its teaching is always the hot spot of the study. This paper discusses the topic combined with the effects of the standardized training of residents in General Surgery of Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University.
