Analysis of medicine law on treating bronchiectasis by professor Zhang Zhongde based on TCM inheritance support system |

Abstract Objective To analyze the medication experience, medicine law and characteristics of composition of professor Zhang Zhongde's treatment of bronchodilator. Methods The medical records in General Institute of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital (Dade Road) and Ersha Island Branch of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 of Professor Zhang Zhongde 's treatment of Fei Luo Zhang in TCM or bronchodilator in western medicine were collected. After entering the "TCM inheritance support system (V2.5 edition)", the software integration rule analysis, improved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering and other data mining methods were adopted to analyze drug use frequency, drug compatibility, group characteristics, combined with the experts' reviews. Results A total of 93 prescriptions were analyzed and 91 Chinese medicines were found. The frequency of using various drugs and the association rules between drugs were analyzed. Sixteen core compositions, such as Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis_Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis_Radix Asteris and other fifteen compositions, were evolved. And seven of core compositions, such as Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis_Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis_Radix Asteris_Cortex Moutan Radicis_Radix Paeoniae Rubra and other six prescriptions, were evolved. Conclusion The results of using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system are consistent with the characteristics of expert clinical application, therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system can be used for analyzing and summarizing experts' clinical experience.
