Reflection on constructing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship in university hospital |

Abstract The country's education and medical level are improving constantly. However, the current doctor-patient relationship is in a state of tension. The university hospital is no exception. This article takes the present situation of university hospital as the starting point. The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of medical environment, hospital, medical personnel and patients. The concrete measures to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship are put forward. The following aspects are covered: establish the orientation and development direction of university hospital, improve the medical technical level of medical staff, perfect medical facilities construction and strengthen the communication between doctors and patients.
