Exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship training approaches of pharmaceutical majors in local universities |

Abstract Under the background of "internet+" and the big health industry, innovation and entrepreneurship talents of pharmaceutical majors are trained to adapt to the development of market economy through the appropriate transformation and development pathway at the local universities in the study. According to directional function of market development, two pharmaceutical majors including undergraduate and higher vocational are designed. The cultural atmosphere of Chinese medicine is highly shaped and students′ healthy personality is respected on the student-centered education mode. Specialized courses are mainly guided by practice cases and project tasks, and practical teaching is moreover studied the connotation of the course teaching in the factory. Pharmaceutical enterprise resources are fully used and deeply integrated with practice teaching, which drove the sustainable profession development. Both the construction of double-quality teachers are trained and the construction of specialty characteristics and advantages is featured. The evaluation system of examination and appraisals of talent development quality are reformed, and application-oriented technical talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability is mainly focused on process and results.
