Abstract Long non-coding RNAs are a group of RNA molecules considered as transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides without protein coding function. Many studies have indicated that LncRNAs play an important role in the regulation of transcription, epigenetics and transcriptional level and lncRNAs regulate the pathological and physiological process of the body. Some LncRNAs are abnormal expression in cervical cancer tissues and play an important role in the occurrence of cervical cancer, which can be used as a molecular marker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
