Investigation and research on the current situation of training and management of clinical nurse specialist in Anhui Province |

Abstract Objective To investigate nurses training information and the use of hospital nurses and management status in Anhui Province. Methods The self-adapted linkt questionnaire was used to investigate the training and management of 315 students who had completed the training of specialist nurses from December 2015 to December 2016 by convenient sampling. Results A total of 9 specialist nurses training specialist nurses training field were opened in Anhui Province, 315 participants were from 113 hospitals above grade two. Among them, there were 33 hospitals in grade three, 80 in grade two hospitals. There was no difference of management satisfaction of specialist nurses in grade three and two hospitals (P > 0.05). The total score of job satisfaction of specialist nurses was (3.23±1.62)points, and job satisfaction was at a moderate level. The scores of hospital management mode, changes in work content, responsibilities, professional opportunities and income were lower. Conclusion The training of specialist nurses has been paid attention to, and full off training is still facing great difficulties. The training field of specialist nurses and the development of TCM nursing in the province should actively be expanded. Occupation development path of developing specialized nurses, improve nurses benefits, improve nurse certification system, promote the development of specialist nurses.
