Abstract The standardization of information in TCM is the premise and foundation for TCM informatization. In 2015, the national treasury allocated 10 million special funds to support 101 TCM information standard projects. This article introduces 101 TCM information standard project construction goals and principles, analyzes the overall situation of 101 TCM information standard projects, analyzes its frame structure from two aspects of standard professional nature and business domain, and elaborates 101 TCM information standard project organization management system, operating mechanism. Based on the organization and management model of 101 TCM information standard projects, the 101 TCM information standard preparation process was discussed and problems were raised. Thus, relevant suggestions and considerations on TCM information standardization construction were put forward.
