| Construction of practical training system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing talents in Nanjing based on Delphi method |

Abstract Objective To construct a training system of practice TCM nursing talents that meets the actual needs of clinical practice, and to provide a scientific theoretical framework for the development of TCM nursing personnel training. Methods Through literature study, expert interview, group discussion, form the practice of traditional Chinese medicine nursing personnel training system questionnaire, the Delphi method was adopted for 15 nursing experts from 8 provinces and cities in 2 rounds of experts enquiry. Results The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100% and 80% respectively, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.86, 0.84, and the Kendall harmonious coefficient was 0.24 and 0.32 respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Six first-level entries, 17 secondary entries and 113 tertiary entries were selected. The maximum weight of practical courses was training and then were theory course,teacher′s condition, inclusion object and training target respectively. Conclusion The results of this study are highly reliable, scientific and operable, and provide an operable theoretical framework for the further development of practical TCM nursing personnel training.
