| Differentiation and treatment from lung and spleen on one proved case of rare classic Kapos′s Sarcoma in Han nationality |

Abstract One rare classic Kaposi′s Sarcoma in Han nationality diagnosed with pathology was presented with red and purplish red nodules subcutaneously or slightly elevated types on four extremities, chest and abdomen without system damage. The nodules were mainly on four extremities without pain, pruritus and desquamation. The patient denied East Europe bloodline or minority bloodline, and the history of organ transplantation, treatment with immunosuppressive agents and sexually transmitted disease. Anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody detection was negative. The patient was treated with traditional Chinese medicine at local hospital, but no remission was observed. Then the patient was treated with decoction orally to supplement lung and spleen, promote blood circulation and remove toxicity in oncology department of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Capital Medical University. Partial nodules regressed after treatment. Now the disease is stable.
