| The effect of Fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture |

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of Fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture. Methods Ninety patients with tibiofibulas fracture from January 2016 to march 2017 in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into classic Shuangbai Ointment group, fresh Shuangbai Ointment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients from classic Shuangbai Ointment group and fresh Shuangbai Ointment group were treated with classic Shuangbai Ointment and fresh Shuangbai Ointment respectively, while patients from control group did not receive any external Ointment treatment. The pain, tenderness, stasis score and swelling degree in the three groups were observed and the effect were evaluated. Results The relieving extent of pain, tenderness, ecchymosis, swelling and clinical efficacy in the classic Shuangbai Ointment group and the fresh Shuangbai Ointment group were superior than that of the control group, and the fresh Shuangbai Ointment group was better than the classic Shuangbai Ointment group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture have exact effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
