基于CiteSpace针灸治疗勃起功能障碍的可视化分析

Abstract Objective To explore the acupuncture treatment of erectile dysfunction related literature visualization analysis, get the research status and trend in this field. Methods Literature on acupuncture treatment of erectile dysfunction was retrieved from CNKI database from January 1, 1980 to May 1, 2022, and CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the authors, research institutions, and keywords of relevant literature. Results A total of 452 literatures were obtained by searching the CNKI database, of which 364 literatures met the inclusion criteria, and the annual publication volume showed a fluctuating increase. A total of 19 authors had published more than three papers, and nine institutions had published more than three papers, there were 14 keywords with frequency ≥10, including acupoint injection, moxibustion, warm acupuncture, electroacupuncture, combination of acupuncture and medicine, etc., the commonly used acupoints were Sānyīnjiāo, Guānyuán, Zhìbiān, Bāliáo, etc. Conclusion The internal cooperation of each research team is relatively close, but overall, the number of research teams is relatively small, and there is little cooperation between different research teams and institutions; the basic research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for erectile dysfunction is relatively weak, and there is a lack of high-frequency keywords and hot spots in this direction, and clinical observations are mostly small-sample, single-center studies, lacking large-sample, multi-center high-quality studies.
