Abstract Bayu Wei’s osteopathy school in the treatment of distal radius fractures, which advocates “conservative treatment without surgery, minimally invasive treatment without opening”. The conservative treatment is based on the principle of “viewing the skin and feeling the bone, observing the shape and dividing the age, apply their respective methods”. The core reduction technology is “traction and pulls on the radius, abduction and supination of the wrist, compression of the fracture end and turning to the opposite side, separation of the radius and ulna”. Internal medication, two-stage syndrome differentiation, tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation throughout the entire process. Apply “Yizhu Powder” externally to the affected area, use a new limited contact pressure splint to fix the broken end to reduce swelling, and cooperate with elbow flexion suspension to reduce displacement. Combining muscle management with martial arts to accelerate the recovery of injured limbs. This diagnosis and treatment scheme improves the effect of conservative management for distal radius fracture, and enriches the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for fracture treatment.
