| Multi-dimensional intervention strategy under the concept of pre-rehabilitation in total hip arthroplasty on postoperative functional rehabilitation |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional intervention strategy under the concept of pre-rehabilitation in total hip arthroplasty on postoperative functional rehabilitation. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Science and Technology from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given multi-dimensional intervention strategy the concept of routine intervention combined with pre-rehabilitation. Both groups were given intervention for three months. Harris (Harris) score, barthel index (BI) score, visual analog scale (VAS) score, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, and the incidence of complications were compared before intervention and after three months intervention. Results After three months of intervention, VAS, SAS, and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and observation group were lower than control group (P＜0.05). The Harris score and BI score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The introduction of multi-dimensional intervention strategy under the concept of pre-rehabilitation for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty is beneficial to reduce postoperative pain, improve hip function, and daily activity ability, improve patients’ negative emotions and reduce complications.
