Abstract  Objective To investigate the influence of quantitative assessment-guided flow nursing model on pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods A total of 91 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Huaian First People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected by simple random sampling method as subjects. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group (46 cases) received routine nursing, and the observation group (45 cases) received quantitative evaluation guided flow nursing mode based on routine nursing. At the time of enrollment (T0), three weeks after intervention (T1), before delivery (T2), the blood pressure levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were observed. Results Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) levels were different between the two groups at different time and groups, and there was an interaction between time and group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). Further pairwise comparison, intra-group comparison: SBP and DBP levels in T1 and T2 were lower than those in T0, and SBP and DBP levels in T2 were lower than those in T1 (P<0.05); comparison between groups: SBP level at T1 and T2 in observation group was lower than that in control group, DBP level at T2 was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of preterm birth in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Quantitative assessment-guided flow nursing model can help control blood pressure levels and improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational hypertension.
