多学科合作康复干预模式在异位妊娠手术患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation intervention in the nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery. Methods A total of 200 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent surgical treatment in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into routine group and intervention group, with 100 cases in each group. The conventional group received traditional single-discipline nursing intervention, and the intervention group received multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation intervention. The improvement of negative emotion, postoperative complications. and postoperative rehabilitation were observed. Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the intervention group was lower than the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in intervention group was lower than that in routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The average time of postoperative ambulation, anal exhaust, bowel sounds and gastrointestinal function recovery, and the average postoperative hospital stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation intervention in perioperative nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery can improve patients’ negative emotions, reduce complications and speed up postoperative rehabilitation.
