Extraction technology of optimizing Compound Yishen Lishi Granules with orthogonal test method#br# |

Abstract Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Compound Yishen Lishi Granules. Methods Single factor and L9(34) orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction technology of Compound Yishen Lishi Granules. The total flavonoids content, Radix Dipsaci saponin Ⅵ content, naringin content, neohesperidin content and the comprehensive score of extract rate were determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatograph, amount of solvent added, the extraction time and times were optimized. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: addied eight times of water, soaked for 30 minutes, extracted three times, one hour each time. Conclusion The extraction process establishes by this study is stable and feasible, and the quality is controllable, which lays a foundation for the further development of Yishen Lishi Granules.
