基于信息化短距离沟通延伸护理对白血病患儿及家属的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing based on information short distance communication on children with leukemia and their families. Methods A total of 120 children with leukemia and 120 family members who were diagnosed and treated in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected. They were divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method, with 60 children and 60 family members in each group. The routine group received routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group received extended nursing based on information short-distance communication on the basis of the routine group. The knowledge cognition, hope level and psychological resilience of children were compared after three weeks of intervention. Results After intervention, the scores of leukemia knowledge cognition of family members in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the intervention group was higher than the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the resilience scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the intervention group was higher than the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the Herth hope scale scores of family members in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion To give leukemia children based on information short distance communication extended care, can help the family to improve disease knowledge cognition, enhance the hope level of the family and children with mental flexibility.
