心力衰竭与交感神经相关的研究进展

摘要心力衰竭发生时，机体启动神经体液机制进行代偿，主要包括交感神经增强和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统激活，因此交感神经系统与心力衰竭的发生、发展有着密切的联系。对于心力衰竭的治疗，药物及手术干预交感神经的治疗方法均有一定效果。本文着重从交感神经与心衰发生、发展、治疗的关系进行论述，以提高心力衰竭治疗中对交感神经与心力衰竭关系的认知。

Abstract：When heart failure occurs, the body starts to compensate for the humoral mechanism of the nerves, including sympathetic enhancement and activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. Therefore, the sympathetic nervous system and the occurrence and development of heart failure are closely linked. For the treatment of heart failure, treatment of drug and surgical treatment of sympathetic nerve have a certain effect. This article focuses on the relationship between sympathetic nerves and heart failure, development and treatment, to improve the treatment of heart failure on the relationship between sympathetic nerves and heart failure.
