Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical status of the healthy behavior ability of hypertensive patients in rural areas, in order to analyze the effect of psychological elasticity on them. Methods The Chinese version of the self rating health checklist and Resilience Scale were used to investigate 189 rural hypertensive patients in Pangang Gpoup General Hospital from March 2016 to May 2017. Results The average score of health behaviors of the 189 cases was (70.86±12.01)Points, and the average score of resilience was (68.90±9.15) points, and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated (P < 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that, besides the degree of culture and the course of high blood pressure, the dimensions of mental resilience also had positive predictive effects on the patients′ healthy behavior (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hypertension patients in rural areas have relatively poor health behavior ability. Clinical nurses should focus on low level of education and newly diagnosed patients, and pay attention to enhance their resilience, so as to improve their health behavior and clinical effect.
