团体沙盘游戏对胃癌术后患者心境状态及应对方式的影响

摘要目的探讨团体沙盘游戏对胃癌术后患者心境状态及应对方式的影响。方法选择2017年8月至2020年12月安徽省阜阳市第六人民医院收治的胃癌术后患者120例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组联合应用团体沙盘游戏。干预3周后，比较两组心境状态、应对方式及患者满意度。结果最终观察组纳入52例，对照组纳入58例。干预3周后，两组简明心境状态量表评分明显低于同组干预前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、迷惑-混乱评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。干预后，两组面对评分高于干预前，回避与压抑评分低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组面对评分高于对照组，回避与压抑、屈服、幻想评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论团体沙盘游戏有助于改善患者心境状态，规避消极应对行为，促进积极应对方式的养成。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of group sand table games on the mood state and coping styles of patients after gastric cancer surgery. Methods A total of 120 postoperative gastric cancer patients admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Fuyang City, Anhui Province from August 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was combined with group sand table games. After three weeks of intervention, the mood states, coping styles, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Finally, a total of 52 cases were included in the observation group and a total of 58 cases were included in the control group. After three weeks of intervention, the profile of mood states (POMS) scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The scores of stress-anxiety, depression-frustration, and confusion-confusion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After the intervention, the face scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, while the avoidance and depression scores were lower than those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the scores of avoidance, depression, yielding, and fantasy were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Group sand table games can help improve the mood of patients, avoid negative coping behaviors, and promote the development of positive coping styles.
