Abstract:Internet hospitals in China are developing rapidly, but there are some problems at present, such as lack of high-quality doctor resources, difficult cost control for both hospital and patient, small medical service caliber and low recognition of online medical treatment. Based on the 4C management theory framework, this paper proposes four strategies to optimize the construction of internet hospitals from the perspectives of customer, cost, convenience and communication. By improving the construction of internet hospitals, improve the quality of online medical services, improve the competitiveness of internet hospitals, and maximize the internet through measures such as improving customer satisfaction with medical treatment, two-way control of medical expenditures, improving medical service construction, and emphasizing doctor-patient communication.
