Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of exercise intervention on patients with acute leukemia in laminar flow ward by multidisciplinary collaboration of medical treatment, nursing and rehabilitation, and their effects on cancer-related fatigue and negative emotions. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute leukemia admitted to the laminar flow ward of the Affiliated Huai’an No.1 People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2019 were selected and they were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random envelope method. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group carried out multidisciplinary exercise intervention on the basis of routine nursing. After four weeks, the scores of cancer-related fatigue and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the score of cancer-induced fatigue in the observation group before and after intervention (P > 0.05). After four weeks of intervention, the score of cancer-induced fatigue in the control group was increased than before treatment (P < 0.05), while that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After four weeks of intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative exercise intervention can significantly reduce the symptoms of cancer-induced fatigue and relieve the negative emotions of patients with acute leukemia in laminar flow ward.
