基于数据挖掘技术分析针刺治疗功能性消化不良的临床选穴规律

摘要目的基于数据挖掘技术分析针刺治疗功能性消化不良的临床选穴特点及规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台自建库至2021年3月所收录的有关针刺治疗功能性消化不良的临床文献，并建立针刺穴位处方数据库。运用SPSS Statistics 26.0及SPSS Modeler 18.0对数据进行描述性分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果经筛选共纳入111篇临床文献，涉及腧穴56个，总频次627次，其中频次较多的为足三里、中脘、内关、太冲、天枢，经脉分布则主要以胃经、任脉和膀胱经为主，聚类分析显示可分为4个聚类群，关联规则分析得出腧穴间相关性较高的是中脘-足三里和内关-足三里。结论针刺治疗功能性消化不良临床选穴具有重视局部选穴、配合远端选穴等特点，可为临床针刺选穴用经提供一定参考。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the characteristics and rules of clinical acupoint selection for acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia based on data mining. Methods The clinical literatures on acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang self-built database up to March 2021 were searched, and the acupoint prescription database was established. SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to conduct descriptive analysis, cluster analysis and association rule analysis of the data. Results A total of 111 clinical literatures were included, involving 56 acupoints with a total frequency of 627 times, of which the most frequent ones were zúsānlǐ, zhōngwǎn, nèiguān, tàichōng, tiānshū. Acupoint meridians were mainly distributed in stomach meridian, conception channel and bladder meridian. Cluster analysis showed that it could be divided into four groups and the association rule analysis showed that the highest correlation between acupoints was zhōngwǎn-zúsānlǐ, followed by nèiguān-zúsānlǐ. Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has the characteristics of attaching importance to local acupoint selection and combined with distal acupoint selection. It can provide some reference for clinical acupuncture in acupoint selection.
