Abstract:Objective To analyze the characteristics and rules of clinical acupoint selection for acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia based on data mining. Methods The clinical literatures on acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang self-built database up to March 2021 were searched, and the acupoint prescription database was established. SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to conduct descriptive analysis, cluster analysis and association rule analysis of the data. Results A total of 111 clinical literatures were included, involving 56 acupoints with a total frequency of 627 times, of which the most frequent ones were zúsānlǐ, zhōngwǎn, nèiguān, tàichōng, tiānshū. Acupoint meridians were mainly distributed in stomach meridian, conception channel and bladder meridian. Cluster analysis showed that it could be divided into four groups and the association rule analysis showed that the highest correlation between acupoints was zhōngwǎn-zúsānlǐ, followed by nèiguān-zúsānlǐ. Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has the characteristics of attaching importance to local acupoint selection and combined with distal acupoint selection. It can provide some reference for clinical acupuncture in acupoint selection.
